Minimum Qualification
1. For the post of Management trainee (Technical), Candidate must hold Degree in Engineering (full time) with at least 65 % marks in the Mechanical, Electrical , Metallurgy , Electronics, Instrumentation, Ceramics, Civil, Computer Science (IT), Mining or Chemical Engineering.
MCA (3 years full time ) with at least 65 % marks for Computer Science discipline. - B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA Jobs
2. For Management Trainee (Administration)
a. For HR, Marketing and Materials : Bachelors’ degree in any discipline with 60% marks ( average of all subjects) with at least two years full time MBA/PG Diploma in Management with minimum 60% marks .
b. CA/ICWA For Finance - Latest Management Trainee Jobs
4. Application Fee - Rs. 500 for General and OBC Candidates and Rs. 100 must be paid by SC/ST/ PWD / Departmental Candidates as processing fee.
5. Selection Procedure - Candidates will be required to appear for a written examination. Candidates shortlisted on the basis of their performance in the written test will be intimated to appear for Group Discussion and Interview.
