Procedure to fill Online Application Form

1   1. All the candidates are requested to read the below instructions and remember them while filling up the online application form.

2. Read all the instructions related to application form like last date of submission of application form carefully before filling up the application form.

3. Ensure that you are filling the application form for right post and position.

4. Fill up all the details in the requisite format as specified in application form. Write your name in the case they asked to do so, that can be either capital letters or small letters. Use pen/pencil wherever it is necessary.

5. Complete the entries of application form; never leave any blank entry if it is compulsory to fill. Take decision accordingly in case of optional entries.

6. Be cautious while Writing your address of communication wholly in all respect as it the address to which your roll number, admit card and result will be mailed.

7. State all other details such as your age, date of birth, gender, nationality, educational qualifications, academic records and other specifications clearly.

8. Put your original signature in the box provided at the bottom of the application form.

9. Paste your recent color photograph on the application form after you fill it and take a Xerox copy of the filled form for further correspondence.

10. Hope everything is clear and if you are facing any issue while filling any section of application form, take the help of your friends and teachers but don’t leave any blank entry. Partially filled or incomplete application forms are abandoned.
