Madhya Pradesh Scholarship 2014 Scheme Form www.scholarshipportal.mp.nic.in Download Education Portal : 1. The Government of Madhya Pradesh is going give a bumper offer to all the students who have discontinued their studies inspire having great talent and caliber. It has Started a Scholarship program to help students to continue their studies and make a name themselves. This program is similar to those govt scholarship schemes and programs offered by different states of India for such students.

2. Conditions for Scholarship :

1. All the students who have cleared competitive examination and got admission into a college to pursue technical /professional courses will be eligible for the scholarship.

2. No additional scholarship/stipend for pursuing the course will be provided to the scholarship holder under this scheme.

3. The annual income of the beneficiary/parent or guardian of beneficiary should not exceed Rs.2.50 lac from all sources.

4. Every year by 31st March, the state department will advertise the scheme  and receive the application through the concerned institutions.

5. To all the girls of each minority community in a state, 30% scholarship will be reserved.

3. Rate of Scholarship : The rate of scholarship will be as under :

4. How To Apply For Scholarship 

• An application for scholarship should contain:
• An income declaration by the self-employed parents/guardians, stating definite income from all sources by way of an affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper.
• A copy of the application for scholarship in the prescribed form (separate application forms  prescribed for ‘fresh’ and renewal of scholarship by the concerned States/UTs).
• Proof of permanent residence.
• A copy of the passport size photograph with signatures of the student thereon (for fresh scholarship).
• One attested copy of certificates of diploma, degree etc and all examinations passed.
